Connor has moved up from flushing the entire roll of toilet paper down the toilet to flushing objects. Last night we managed to grab the 2 pens he put in the toilet, but not before the 3 lids that were included in the batch made it down the tube. This was the first time he's ever done anything like this, and usually we keep the bathroom door closed at all times, but we were in the middle of running the bath.
So this morning, Connor is playing with his camera (our broken one) and I am sure you can see where this is going....when I hear Matt jump out of bed, yelling "Connor No no no no no!" as he races to beat Connor to the open toilet in our bathroom. Connor manages to dump the camera in the toilet and flush it just as Matt reaches in to get the camera. Luckily, the camera isn't something that would have flushed anyway, but at this point, we realized that we needed to really explain to Connor that NOTHING other than pee, poo & toilet paper is allowed to go down the toilet.
Oh the joys of toddlers...
